The Fine Print: Maintenance visit will not be exchanged for service calls, and only covers the system inspection. Any repairs made over and beyond the system inspection will be billed accordingly (labor and parts). Spring Startup costs covers the start up and inspection of the system. Any repairs made over and beyond the system inspection will be billed accordingly (labor and parts). Systems in need of major upgrades or repairs are not eligible for maintenance packages. Service call fee covers us to arrive on site. Standard labor rates/parts will be billed accordingly.
